Franchisees undergo extensive initial training (a minimum of two months) and receive continuous support thereafter. Mimmos has its own training academy, offering courses to all levels on an ongoing basis. In addition to ensuring that franchisees are equipped in every way to build great business, Mimmos invests energy and resources in keeping up with industry trends and researching the market to ensure the brand remains relevant.
