About Us

The first Shuvarma concept was introduced in South Africa during the 1970’s. Our target market became the clubbing and late night vibe clubs, over 3 generations we are proud to say that we still have our hungry and late night vibe customers. Mi-Vami mean Who’s Who in Hebrew and we formed our brand off this essence and we wanted to be known for our food and atmosphere.

Ideal Franchisee Profile

Our ideal franchisee is someone with an entrepreneurial, outgoing nature with a burning desire to own and grow their own successful franchise. The franchisee should take pride in our brand and have a good eye for detail with a proactive and hands on approach to business. Strong communication skills and an ability to manage others is an advantage. We look for people who are neat and well presented with motivational skills for their staff and who are ready to deal with landlords and customers.

Franchisee Training

Our franchisor will supply training and ongoing support for the franchisees throughout their learning and opening of the store.
