About Us

After 4 years of testing and trying Auto Magic’s system and doing evaluations of the franchisee within the business with the assistance of a reputable franchise consultancy, it was decided that the franchise system should be used to expand the network.

Pursuing a franchise strategy, Auto Magic’s, is looking for a winning mindset to help continue success for the brand. Suitable candidates are selected as franchisees to help the brand remain successful. The winning mindset is a:

  • owner-management commitment & entrepreneurial spirit;
  • operation of each outlet as a profit making unit; and
  • decentralized decision-making with specific focus on specialized service levels and local marketing initiatives.

The Franchisee, one administrative staff member and a number of operational teams operate an outlet. Each team consists of a spray painter and assistants (flatters).

The system is developed in such a way that each team is incentivised on operational efficiency and turn over. The technical staff are selected by the Franchisee after a practical test conducted by the franchisor to ensure that the person has the ability to become a productive member of the team.

Ideal franchisee Profile

The franchisee must be a person having:

  • Ambition – wanting to be a successful businessperson, who understands it takes hard work and dedication to achieve success.
  • Committed  – willing and able to be guided by the franchise system and be committed to work within the system.
  • Capital – must not be over geared, and he/she must have at least 40% own capital contribution.
