A tip for franchisees is that before buying a franchise do your homework thoroughly. Speak to existing franchisees, and not only the ones recommended by the franchisor, to ensure that you get all the facts that will enable you to make an informed decision. And remember that the first 18 – 24 months are going to be hard work to get a new business going – you need to pay particular attention to managing your cash flow and costs.
