Franchisee selection criteria
When looking for a potential franchisee, ACDC Express ultimately looks for a passionate, self-motivated and driven person with the desire to succeed. A psychometric test is conducted to assess the personality and abilities of the potential franchisee.
No previous electrical or business knowledge is required, although it is advantageous. Extensive product training will be provided as well as ERP systems training prior to the opening of the franchise.
ACDC Express will provide support to new franchisees by assisting them with full IT support while setting up the store, as well as after the store is up and running. A dynamic marketing team is also available to provide advertising and marketing campaigns that ensure brand awareness and brand building.
Full training by suppliers on their products is provided to staff to ensure that the necessary skills and knowledge are developed for the successful operation of the store. Guidance will be provided throughout the process, from application to opening.
